Association:

Salary:

  • Starting step negotiated with Superintendent based on education, certification, work history and experience. Additional compensation given for graduate work beyond primary degree

Work Terms:

  • 188 days (September to June) plus three evening events (open house, P/T conferences, etc.)

  • 7 hours, 40 minute work day

  • Elementary: 280 mins of planning/cycle, including 1 lunch, 1 planning per day

  • MS/HS: 5 courses, a study hall, and a duty

Leave Days:

  • 15 year for personal/family illness, bereavement and (up to three) for personal reasons.

  • Accumulates to 250 days

  • Sick Bank access for long-term illness/injury

  • No days deducted for jury duty

  • FMLA, Disability, and Military leave as prescribed by law

  • Childcare leave: Birth/adoption semester plus up to three (3) additional semesters.
