CURRENT STUDENTS:

  • Please stop in the Counseling Center to pick up an unofficial transcript.


  • If you need an official transcript sent to a college, please be sure to complete the College Application Form located in the Counseling Center and submit this to Mrs. Lamb in the Counseling Center. 

FORMER STUDENTS:

If you need a transcript sent to a college or employer, please print out the

 TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM
