Social-Emotional Well-Being at EAUFSD

East Aurora Union Free School District (EAUFSD) is excited to introduce some updates to our focus on supporting the social-emotional well-being of our staff and students through a series of optional surveys allowing us to better understand and address their needs. To keep our school community informed, engaged, and connected, we’ve launched a new webpage that brings together key information about the support systems in place to help students succeed, both academically and emotionally.

The Student Well-Being Survey  video and overview provides an in-depth look at the Evaluative Beings Survey, outlining its purpose, key measures, and notable trends observed across its first, second, and third administrations. School officials say the insights gathered from the survey will play a crucial role in refining and enhancing support strategies to best meet the needs of all students in a meaningful and sustainable way.

You can now access the video through a newly created Whole Child, Whole School, Whole Community webpage designed to ensure transparency, communication, and support for our community. This page includes an overview of the Evaluative Beings Survey results, our student framework, and a breakdown of the support available at each level. You'll also find details on initiatives that promote student wellness.

We encourage you to explore the webpage to learn more about these important efforts and the impacts they are having on our staff and student population. We also want to let the community know that the ongoing development of these programs wouldn’t be possible without the hard work of our teachers, counselors, administrators, and support staff. We are deeply grateful to those who have dedicated their time and energy to continuously enhancing the environment at EAUFSD and take great pride in our staff members who remain committed to enriching the educational experience of our students.
