Bucks For Ducks: AP Macroeconomics students dove into the intricacies of supply and demand through a fun, interactive approach. Using real-world examples, they explored how market forces impact pricing and consumer behavior, all while applying economic concepts to a relatable theme. The hands-on activities and lively discussions encouraged critical thinking and helped students grasp essential economic principles, making the learning experience both informative and enjoyable.
Yesterday our High School students participated in Service Learning Days where they volunteer their time and efforts to help out in their greater community. Locations included Knox Farm, Beaver Meadows, EA Tech Department, Ten Lives Club, St. Luke's Mission, Friends of the Night People, Cazenovia Park, The ROC, Lothlorien, Hawk Creek and the West Falls Center For The Arts. We are so proud of our students, great job to all involved!

Today in Mrs. Caliguiri's first grade class, the students learned about fables while focusing on being respectful with their teachers and classmates. They read a story about Anansi that teaches us why it's important to respect others around us and then were able to choose words that embodied Anansi. This lesson was followed up with a circle where each student was given the chance to speak about how they were going to show respect to others in their own way. Star student, Eli was awarded for being respectful. Great job to all!
